Natalie Horn, Ph.D. and Licensed Clinical Psychologist

My Mission: To provide my clients with effective and empathic care on their journey to a more vibrant life. Whether you are looking to make a major life change or several small adjustments, I am here to help you move forward to where you want to be in your life.

My Approach: I believe mental health care should be compassionate, supportive, practical, and effective. I will help you create awareness of patterns that may be holding you back and contributing to a lack of fulfillment, vitality, and confidence. You can expect me to support you while simultaneously encouraging you to think differently or act differently in order to feel differently. I’ll provide you with a space to process emotions and events, as well as actionable tools you can use outside of our sessions.

My Promise: To be genuine and warm, to always treat you with dignity and respect, and to create a comfortable rapport so that we can talk about the hard things together.

The human behind the psychologist

  • I have been a long-distance runner since 2009. I mostly run ultra-distance races on trails now, but previously enjoyed marathon running for 8+ years. Running has taught me that if we have the courage to set an audacious goal, the resilience to work for something day after day, and the flexibility to embrace progress over perfection, we are capable of achieving so much more than we thought possible.

  • I am a recreational skydiver with 350+ skydives. Skydiving has helped me embrace mindfulness and encouraged me to savor the wondrous, amazing moments humans can experience.

  • I am a part time “van lifer”. I enjoy spending between 100-150 nights a year in our camper van with my partner and dogs. Being outside in nature helps me relax and unwind.
