During a virtual sleep consult you will receive feedback about ways you can improve your bedroom to promote better quality sleep. This call will occur over zoom and will take approximately 45 minutes.

Yes. If you have smart/wearable data you may send me that. You may also send me anything you have tracked and logged into your phone or a notebook. I'll assist you in determining patterns that contribute to good/poor quality sleep. I'll likely ask you to log some additional data for me as we go along so that we can uncover even more variables.

I do not prescribe sleep medication. I am happy to have a conversation with you about specific types of medication and pros and cons of different sleep medication classes. I can also refer you to a medical provider who may be able to prescribe you medication based upon your health and history.
