Whether you're new to running, ready to PR, or interested in trying a new distance, run coaching is custom made to fit your needs. Runners of all abilities for all distances can benefit from working with a coach. Training methodology is based on the training methods of Professor Tim Noakes, Arthur Lydiard and Pete Pfitzinger, amongst others. Methodology is combined with knowledge from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (“NASM”).

Get to know your coach

Natalie was a road marathoner for 10 years. During this time she completed over 24 marathons, including the Boston marathon with a marathon PR of 3:15. In 2018 Natalie transitioned to ultra running and trail running. She has completed many ultra marathons ranging from 50k to 135 miles. Recent notable finishes include:
